WHO IS SEMIPACK SERVICES?
SemiPack Services is an Electronic Manufacturing Support Service to the semiconductor industry. We specialize in providing support services to high-mix low-volume (HMLV) customers.

We respond within two business hours to all customer inquiries and constantly work to identify new and interesting methods to address customer needs, consistent with industry standards.

We strive to find better ways to serve our customers. We support In-Plant Stores and focus on delivering multiple services to each customer – a “one-stop shop” of electronic manufacturing services.

We offer short lead times and great attention to detail to ensure every order is completed according to specification. SSI is proud to be AS9100:2016, Rev. D and ISO 9001:2015 registered. SemiPack Services was awarded a 2012 Congressional Medal of Merit as a Rising Star in Technology. This award recognizes SemiPack as a growing company that is “on track to make a positive impact in our markets and on the region’s technology community”, and recognizes our commitment to delivering responsive, creative and high quality services to our customers.

SemiPack is passionate about hosting and attending industry events.
We strive to be responsive to customer needs, creative in the support services we offer, and committed to high quality service. We do this by combining the technical and industry expertise of our leadership team and our employees, with a strong commitment to continuous innovation.
We think the best path to innovation is to share what we know, learn from other experts in the industry, and combine that into high-quality support services that serve the diverse needs of our customers. We regularly exhibit at trade shows and expos, equipped with our ‘toolbox’ to help illustrate creative solutions to support service challenges. We also feature expert speakers who share critical information, such as the NCIS speaker at our recent SMTA event.
We also travel frequently to visit our customers in their facilities to share information and together craft solutions to their current challenges.
